Decide who answers before the tool is used
By Richard K. Marshall ·
Before any tool goes to work in my shop, one question gets answered first: who answers for it?
Not the software. Not the company that made it. A person, by name.
If you wait until something breaks to decide who's responsible, you already decided. The answer was nobody.
So I decide first. Then the bots draft, check and keep records, and nothing goes out without me.
